Returns Policy

Due to the nature of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or return. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at theswankywank@mail.com and send your item to: 137B Commerce Ave #178 Lagrange, Georgia 30241.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unworn and in the original packaging. Please contact us immediately if an exchange needs to occur. Exchanges are based on product and size availability.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

At Swanky Wank our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the US, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. The owner and team process the orders, which takes between 2–4 business days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Orders are shipped by USPS or UPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time
