SHIPPING & RETURNS GENERAL TERMS:

SwankyWank reserves the right to update these rules when necessary, with the updated version published on SwankyWank.com immediately effective. By using the services provided by SwankyWank, buyers or suppliers are deemed to have accepted these rules. In case of a conflict with a supplier’s policy, SwankyWank’s policy shall prevail.

For after-sales issues, buyers must file a return & refund request within 20 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise agreed by SwankyWank. If the request exceeds this period, the supplier may refuse after-sales service.

Before an order is shipped, the buyer can cancel the order by clicking the “request refund” button in SwankyWank’s buyer center or by contacting customer service. Supplier policies may restrict cancellations.

If a supplier cannot fulfill the order within the processing time indicated, they may cancel and refund the order.

For damaged or broken goods, the supplier must provide a prepaid return label within 3 business days of the refund request. Refund occurs upon return in transit with the provided label.

SwankyWank does not require suppliers to accept after-sale requests for “non-defective remorse returns”. Suppliers have the right to accept or reject such requests as per their policy.

SwankyWank restricts restocking & repacking fees to not exceed 35% of the order total.

SwankyWank does not mandate warranties, leaving it to the supplier’s discretion.
