Returns Policy

Due to the nature of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or return. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email customerservice@swankywank.com.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unworn and in the original packaging. Please contact us immediately if an exchange needs to occur. Exchanges are based on product and size availability.
